Take one cap in the morning with breakfast for 20 days. To do this, fill the small aluminum bottle about 2/3 full with fruit juice or water and twist the cap with the ingredients on tightly. Then turn the upper part of the cap to the right until the small tongue is over the protuberance in the lower part of the cap. Using the heel of your hand, vigorously tap the top of the cap so that it opens downward. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, twist off the cap and enjoy the contents.

Beta glucans pass through the stomach into the small intestine. There in the intestinal mucosa is one of the most important areas of our immune system.
