Take one cap in the morning with breakfast for 20 days. To do this, fill the small aluminum bottle about 2/3 full with fruit juice or water and twist the cap with the ingredients on tightly. Beta glucans pass through the stomach into the small intestine. There in the intestinal mucosa is one of the most important areas of our immune system.
