Health from fruit and vegetables?

No - even if it will surprise many people: Vitamin capsules generally have nothing to do with healthy fruit and vegetables. Over 99% of vitamin supplements on the market are completely synthetic. Even if they contain plant syrup or freeze-dried vegetables to give the impression that they are natural and healthy.

Over 99% of the vitamin supplements on the market are not derived from our diet like their natural counterparts. These synthetic vitamins are produced in the laboratory as isolated single molecules and are often present in crystalline form - a structure that the body does not recognize from food.

Complexity
Natural vitamins, on the other hand, are derived from plant extracts and come as a complex overall package: embedded in the original plant matrix with cofactors such as polyphenols, flavonoids, enzymes and trace elements.
This natural combination acts like a nutrient orchestra: the accompanying substances improve transport, recognition and bioavailability - and therefore also the noticeable effectiveness of the vitamins.

Fine structure
But the fine structure also makes a difference. In nature, vitamins and carotenoids are often present as a mixture of different isomers (e.g. vitamin E or β-carotene). This diversity ensures that the body can utilize the substances more widely.
Synthetic variants, on the other hand, usually only consist of one or a few forms - this makes them biologically more limited compared to natural complexes.

Self-regulation
Another advantage of natural sources: Self-regulation instead of over-regulation.
In food-like form, the body generally only absorbs as much as it really needs. Excess amounts - especially in the case of water-soluble vitamins such as vitamin C - are simply excreted. This makes natural, plant-based vitamins much better tolerated and reduces the risk of overdosing in everyday life.

"There's nothing better than the original."

Safety
The safety balance is also important. Large studies have shown that synthetic vitamins in high doses can pose health risks.

Example: Synthetic β-carotene increases the risk of lung cancer in smokers - a clear warning that isolated individual substances do not automatically "do more", but have a different effect. Synthetic vitamin A has also been linked to liver and bone damage in very high doses. Synthetic vitamin E (α-tocopherol) is suspected of increasing the risk of hemorrhagic strokes in case of overdose.

These examples show: Natural vitamins make a real difference. They are embedded in the plant environment and have a synergistic and balanced effect - instead of intervening selectively in the biochemistry.
Naturally obtained vitamins are more complete (thanks to the plant cofactors), more recognizable for the body, usually more bioavailable - and therefore more effective. They are not naked crystals, but part of a living compound that our organism has known for millions of years.

BENEGANIC relies on the original
We only use 100 % natural, original vitamins and minerals obtained from plants.

We deliberately take the complex route - from the plant, through carefully extracted natural vitamins to the capsule - in a standardized, scientifically based dosage.

✔️ 100 % natural.
✔️ 100 % effective.
✔️ 100 % BENEGANIC.

For you, this means: high-quality, well-tolerated micronutrients that fit seamlessly into your metabolism - nature's original.
